Got some news from Velonews Today. The Tour de France Officials have decided to not issue the number 1 jersey out this year. Over the past years the jersey number had been given to the previous years winner. Since there has been no decision yet on if Floyd Landis will be given the title or if the runner-up Oscar Pereiro will be. According to Velonews Oscar will be given the lowest number that is available. But on some better news I have got some more team rosters for the Tour.
